New 7 wonders of the world

Thanks to this person ,,Bernard Weber,, Founder & President of the New 7 Wonders Campaign.Yes, the new seven wonders of the world were handpicked by common people unlike the previous 7 wonders which is believed to be picked by a single man of the Ancient Greece long time ago. Many websites & mobile services served as the instrument for the people to cast their votes for their favorite wonder. Below is the list of official contenders which made it to the finals.

10. The Taj Mahal,India.
    
11. Angkor,Cambodia.
    
12. The Alhambra, Spain.

14. Kiyomizu Temple, Kyoto, Japan.
    
15. The Kremlin/St Basil's Cathedral, Russia.

Out of the above mentioned 20 finalists only seven were to be new 7 wonders of the world. Of all the numbers why this seven? Well, the official decided that there were ancient seven wonders and so be there new 7 wonders. There are loads and loads of reasons for the number 7 being picked, but now back to our wonders.
